Eligibility

Any youth who resides within the Town of Clarence and/or the Clarence Central School District and meets the applicable age requirements is eligible to participate in a Town of Clarence Baseball Association (TCBA) league. League placement is determined by the player's age in accordance with TCBA and league guidelines.

2026 FEES & LEAGUES 

All registration fees include a $100 Concession Volunteer Fee. This fee will be refunded after your volunteer time is completed or if you serve as a team coach during the season.

Please Note: The late fee has been incorporated into the registration fee and is already included in the amounts listed below.

Division &Registration Fee

  • Tee Ball - $250 ($150 registration + $100 volunteer fee)
  • Rookie Coach Pitch -$250 ($150 registration + $100 volunteer fee)
  • Rookie Machine Pitch – $250 ($150 registration + $100 volunteer fee)
  • Minor League - $275 ($175 registration + $100 volunteer fee)
  • Major League-$275 ($175 registration + $100 volunteer fee)
  • American League -275 ($175 registration + $100 volunteer fee)
  • National League -$165 (No concession volunteer fee) Registration Closed

Waiver Policy

Players are assigned to leagues based on their age group. Requests to move a player to a different league level (either up or down) may be submitted during registration. All waiver requests are reviewed by the TCBA Board and applicable League Directors and are considered on a case-by-case basis.


Approval of a waiver is not guaranteed, and requests may be denied. To be considered, families must provide a detailed explanation during registration outlining the reason for the request.


Waiver decisions are based on several factors, including league availability, player development, competitive balance, and player safety. The safety and well-being of both the player requesting the waiver and the players within the affected leagues are the primary considerations.


The League Director will notify the family once a decision has been made regarding the waiver request.
